Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the Energy East division. \* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, for all positions within the Energy East division. \* Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. \* Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and corrective actions. \* Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. \* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. \* Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee records. \* Develop and deliver HR training programs for managers and employees. \* Support organizational development initiatives and change management efforts. \* Participate in strategic planning for the Energy East division, representing the HR function. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred. \* 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role. \* Proven experience supporting a large, geographically dispersed workforce, ideally within the energy, construction, or a related industry. \* Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations. \* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. \* Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. \* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. \* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. \* Willingness to travel as needed.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
