Office Admin Details: Temporary position $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, cash receipts, and collections. Reconcile vendor statements, employee expenses, and resolve account discrepancies. Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized financial and office records. Handle general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, mail, and office supply inventory. Assist management with office projects and daily administrative tasks. Office Admin Qualifications: Previous experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with strong data-entry skills. Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to Hanover, PA for every scheduled shift. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs independently as required.
