Stellantis Financial Services SFS is the new captive finance company for one of the worlds leading automakers and a mobility provider with iconic brands including Abarth Alfa Romeo Chrysler Citron Dodge DS Automobiles Fiat Jeep Lancia Maserati Opel Peugeot Ram Vauxhall Free2move and Leasys Our exciting growth provides opportunities to advance your career as we successfully lead products and services from a small to midsize company in just a few years Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customers experience Position Summary Responsible for the collection and resolution of delinquent auto loanlease accounts Utilizes telephone automated dialer and written correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department Provides customer service regarding collection issues and available collection programs Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Confers with customers by telephone in an attempt to collect current and past due payments determines the reason for delinquency and updates customer informationConfirms account holder by following safeguards procedures on every callDocuments conversations and arrangements accurately in the collection systemAdheres to collection standards of conduct policy on all accounts including third partiesTreats all contacts in a courteous and professional mannerReviews customers files and offers programs to qualified customers to minimize delinquencyUses established procedures to make effective use of extensions and due dates to changes to resolve delinquent accountsUtilizes collection skip tools to locate accounts leading to resolutionRecommend accounts for repossession or legal actionMaintains delinquent rates at or below objectivesMeet daily and weekly production goals Calls and dollars collectedCompliance with all company policies and proceduresThis position involves regular access to specified personal information of consumers including but not limited to Social Security numbers and dates of birthAll other duties assignedQualifications and Competencies To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill andor ability required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions ExperienceMinimum 2 years customer facing related experience andor 1 year collection related experienceEducation requirements andor certificationsHigh school diplomaGEDMust have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance of one of the following cities Atlanta GA;
