Your RoleThe Director of Nursing and Practice Transformation leads the nursing and clinical support workforce across Near North Health's health center sites and owns the design of the clinical workflows those teams run. The role carries two responsibilities that belong together. The first is nursing practice: scope, competency, supervision, and standards of care. CompensationCompensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role.
