Automotive Service Quality Lead: Process & CX Improvement

Stellantis is seeking a Service Quality Specialist to support product investigations and process improvements in Technical Assistance and Field Support. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve repair quality and meet customer expectations. You will monitor service quality KPIs, review warranty claims, and lead risk assessments to prevent repeat issues while upholding OEM repair standards.
