Maintenance Operations Coordinator

Supporting the maintenance team and vendors, the full-time Maintenance Operations Coordinator will coordinate maintenance tasks and vendor communications remotely, ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests. Key Responsibilities: Respond to vendor messages and requests throughout the maintenance process Provide clear updates and information to vendors and the internal operations team via task management tools and communication channels Log vendor communications and issues in management systems while assisting with documentation and feedback resolution Required Qualifications: Experience with property management companies such as AirBNB or VRBO Prior work with vacation rentals and vendor coordination Strong communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure Confidence in handling vendor interactions and resolving issues
