Office Manager

The Forge Companies

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager who will support daily office operations in our Atlanta office. This position is critical to ensuring a professional, efficient, and well‑coordinated workplace while providing direct administrative support to team members. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced financial services environment. Office Management Duties Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts Coordinate office maintenance and facility‑related issues Serve as the primary point of contact for office‑related inquiries and logistics Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing documents and packages for shipment. Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for office operations Organize company events, meetings, and team activities Administrative Support Duties Provide direct administrative support to team members, including calendar management and meeting coordination Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and discretion Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical) Assist with onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup and coordination with HR Client & Team Support Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience Liaise between departments to support communication and efficiency Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role (financial services experience a plus) Strong organizational and time‑management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills This position operates in a professional office setting within the Atlanta market, supporting a collaborative and client‑focused financial services team. There will be prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 10 pounds at times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
