Scheduler Commercial Construction
A leading construction management firm is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support complex commercial construction projects in the Greater Boston market.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, highly respected builder known for delivering complex projects. The organization has built its reputation on creating strong client relationships, thoughtful preconstruction planning, and exceptional project execution.
We're looking for a Scheduler who thrives in technically challenging environments and enjoys influencing project outcomes through planning, analysis, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving. This individual will play a key role in supporting project pursuits, preconstruction efforts, and active project execution while partnering closely with Operations, Project Management, Estimating, and Executive Leadership teams.
What You'll Bring:
Experience developing and maintaining construction schedules for complex commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM), project controls, and schedule risk analysis
Experience supporting preconstruction planning, logistics development, procurement planning, and project execution strategies
Ability to identify schedule risks early and develop practical mitigation and recovery plans
Strong communication and collaboration skills with project teams, field operations, clients, consultants, and trade partners
Experience presenting schedule impacts and project performance data to stakeholders and leadership teams
Proficiency with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Primavera P6, and related scheduling software
Experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects across sectors such as corporate interiors, life sciences, healthcare, academic, mixed-use, or other technically complex environments
