Are you the person in the room who keeps every trade on the same page? We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to quarterback MEP coordination from design through construction running clash meetings, resolving conflicts across plumbing, electrical, fire protection, structural, and architectural systems, and keeping projects on schedule.

What you'll do:

???? Lead BIM/VDC coordination meetings and drive resolutions across trades

???? Run clash detection and manage coordination in Navisworks

???? Model and coordinate in Revit/AutoCAD

???? Keep teams organized, accountable, and on deadline

???? Communicate clearly including with the tough personalities every jobsite has

What you bring:

???? 5+ years of BIM/MEP coordination experience (construction management or subcontractor background a plus)

???? Strong working knowledge of MEP, structural, and architectural systems

???? Revit & Navisworks experience preferred

???? Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred

???? A calm, organized, collaborative approach under pressure
