Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
• Proficiency with IEP processes and school documentation
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and strategies for a diverse student population
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working onsite for the full academic year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention plans
• Support student participation and performance in classroom activities, adapting materials or environments as needed
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and administrators
• Attend IEP and team meetings, actively contributing expertise to inform student support plans
• Deliver consultative support and training to school staff regarding OT strategies and best practices
