This opportunity seeks a skilled pharmacist experienced in home infusion or inpatient hospital settings to support a dynamic sterile compounding environment. The role is based in Mustang, OK, offering a contract-to-hire position lasting 13 weeks with the potential for a direct hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately in a home infusion environment.
• Perform sterile compounding procedures adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma pharmacy license.
• Experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy practice.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday with rotating schedules including 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Position duration is 13 weeks with Monday to Friday daytime hours.
