Job Description Job Description The Petersburg Family YMCA is currently seeking a part time, personable Member Service Associate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. Pay range for this position is $13-$15 per hour. DUTIES of a Member Services Associate answering phones greeting members processing memberships completing program registrations QUALIFICATIONS Of a Member Services Associate excellent customer service skills strong computer skills the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment a high school diploma or GED be 18 years old or older Who We Are The YMCA of Greater Richmond stands committed to creating a work environment comprised of individuals from diverse socio-economic, racial, ethnic, religious, and national origins.
