Registered Nurse (RN) - Atrium Behavioral Health Charlotte ED/OBS - FT Days

Position Overview Department: 36102 Atrium Health Behavioral Health: Charlotte – Emergency Department Full‑time position. Benefits eligible: Yes. Hours per week: 36. Schedule: Three 12‑hour shifts, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with some weekend coverage per policy. Pay range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: Eligible. Location: ED/Observation; triage, ED secure, and observation for adults and pediatrics – rotating through different areas. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Behavioral Health experience preferred. Responsibilities As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and strong communication skills, you will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
