Production Supervisor
Location: San Antonio, TX 78223
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Temp-to-Hire | All Shifts Available

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM

We are urgently hiring experienced Production Supervisors to support fast-paced manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising production teams and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• 12 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• At least 6 months of hands-on leadership experience managing teams of up to 30 employees

• Food manufacturing experience is highly preferred

• Automotive manufacturing experience is also accepted

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including weekends, based on production needs

• Comfortable working in a refrigerated (cold) environment

Dress Code & Facility Guidelines:

• Closed-toe shoes required

• No jewelry, sandals, Crocs, ripped jeans, sequins, or beaded clothing

• No gum or nuts inside the facility

• No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish

• Dress warmly for cold working conditions
