Summary At Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. This role serves as the communication hub between housekeeping associates, front office, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, timely room readiness, and exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and maintain accurate room status updates in the property management system. Communicate effectively with Housekeeping Attendants, Supervisors, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments regarding guest requests and operational needs. Prepare and distribute daily reports, room assignment sheets, and departmental documents. Receive and record guest requests, lost and found items, maintenance issues, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Monitor housekeeping inventories, office supplies, and linen records as required. Maintain organized filing systems and accurate departmental records. Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner. Support the Housekeeping management team with administrative tasks and operational coordination. Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Qualifications Previous experience in a Housekeeping Coordinator, Administrative, or hospitality-related role preferred. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with hotel property management systems is preferred. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
