Audit & Service Associate

Full-time Hourly  | Westlake Office | 7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm

IN A NUTSHELL

This entry-level role assists with freight bill processing, basic auditing, account-specific data entry as needed, and backup support for customer and carrier services. The role is designed to assist team members in various phases of the workflow process based on daily needs and peak volume. The Audit & Service Associate role functions within the Audit and Service department and crosses over to the Front-End Operations department as needed.

A BIT OF WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Complete daily bill audits with accuracy and follow ITS procedures to make corrections or resolve discrepancies.
• When needed, provide back up support to carrier services phone, email, and web inquiries in a timely manner and escalate major issues if necessary.
• Provide additional support to Customer Service Representatives on an as needed basis to help research billing situations or other project assignments.
• As needed, provides additional support to Front-End operations that include freight bill mail processing, imaging, batching, staging manual & electric freight bills, as well as data entry keying.

A BIT WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum of 2-3 years of similar bill auditing experience.
• Experience within logistics, freight or manufacturing settings will be strongly considered, but is not required.
• Minimum typing speed of 50-60 WPM and Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer focused mindset and professional delivery.
