RoleDescription FreightbrokersputanincredibleamountoftrustinHighwayandthattrustwillbeextendedtoyou. TheMarketingManagerwillberesponsibleformanagingtheGTMstrategyforaspecificbusinessunitwithinHighway. Yourrole: Ownandexecutethego-to-market(GTM)strategyforthebusinessunit,ensuringalignmentwithcompany-widemarketingobjectivesandmessaging Developandmaintainpositioningandmessagingframeworksthatclearlyarticulatethebusinessunit'sofferingsandvaluewhilealigningwithbroaderbrandnarratives Createandmanagesalesandcustomerenablementmaterials,includingone-pagers,pitchdecks,productwalkthroughs,competitivebattlecards,etc. LeadBU-specificcontentinitiativessuchasblogposts,casestudies,andcustomer-facingvideosthatreinforcekeyvaluepropositions PartnerwithProductandSalestosupportnewfeaturelaunchesanddriveawareness,adoption,andretention Monitorperformancemetricsandprovidereportingoncontentusage,campaignresults,andrevenueimpact Gatherandsynthesizefeedbackfromthefield(sales,customers,partners)toinformongoingcontent,messaging,andcampaignstrategy Workcloselywithcentralizedbrand,content,anddesignteamstomaintainconsistencyacrossalldeliverableswhiletailoringmaterialstothebusinessunit'sfocus Supporteventplanningandexecutionforrelevanttradeshows,webinars,andvirtualevents,ensuringstrongrepresentationofthebusinessunit'ssolutions Qualifications Experiencedincreatingstrategicmarketingcampaignswithamulti-layeredapproachtoreachingthecustomer. Strongorganizationalandprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleeventsandprojectssimultaneously. Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,highlyskilledinwritingandcreatinguniquecontentforcampaigns. ExperiencewithZoomWebinars,HubSpot,Salesforce,Canva,andprojectmanagementplatforms. Abilitytoproblem-solveontheflyandensureaseamlesseventexperiencepre,duringandposttheevents. Bachelor'sdegreeinMarketingorBusinessAdministrationhighlypreferred.
