RN Case Manager / Visiting Group Home NurseThis is a 13-week contract position.Shift: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PMThe RN Case Manager / Visiting Group Home Nurse position involves traveling and combined case management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing abilities.
