Key Responsibilities

• Developing and documenting new processes, procedures, and policies to improve the efficiency, quality, and customer experience of our services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on process improvements
• Monitoring and analyzing process performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring that new systems are configured to meet the business requirements and that any customizations are in line with best practices
• Developing process manuals and user guides to support end-users in their day-to-day activities
• Creating and maintaining training materials, such as tutorials, job aids and videos to support training initiatives along with training programs for employees on new and revised processes, procedures, and policies
• Creating customized training programs to meet the needs of different departments, roles, and skill levels
• Providing ongoing coaching, support and identification of gaps in employee knowledge and skills to address and reinforce learning to ensure successful adoption of new processes

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years experience in process improvement or related role. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively organize multiple tasks and meet all required deadlines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired: Experience in the insurance, risk management, or consulting industry. Knowledge of CRM.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
