Agency Description Lotus Behavioral Health is renewing and restoring wholeness to individuals and their families impacted by substance abuse and mental health disorders through thorough assessments, individualized treatment, and family involvement. Services range from outpatient therapy to residential treatment for adolescents. Education Master's level graduate degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health, or similar (required) Registered Social Work or Mental Health Counselor Intern License (required) Essential Responsibilities Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy using practices such as CBT, MI, TFCBT, SFT, and DBT Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA compliance Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and professional liability insurance Formulate diagnoses using DSM-5 and develop treatment plans Use therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve treatment goals and prepare for post‑treatment sobriety Demonstrate comprehension of co‑occurring disorders and effective treatment approaches Maintain weekly referent contact as required by Clinical Director and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews Identify opportunities for improvement, develop and document plans, and participate in quality improvement activities Complete all required documentation, including Bio‑psychosocial Assessment, Integrated Summary, Initial Treatment Plan, ASAM paperwork, comprehensive problem list, treatment plan updates, therapy session notes, and discharge summary Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401(k) PTO Holiday Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk or during therapy sessions Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday, including moving between offices and facilities Occasional lifting or carrying of up to 15 pounds Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment Clear speech and hearing for effective communication Visual acuity for reviewing client records and documentation All individuals applying and/or working at Lotus Behavioral Health are subject to State and Federal Background Screening requirements.
