SMB Customer Success Manager - EdTech, Renewal Focus

Seesaw Learning

Seesaw Learning is looking for an SMB Customer Success Manager (CSM) to oversee the post-sales journey for small and mid-market district accounts. You will manage relationships, ensure customers maximize Seesaw's platform, and drive renewal success. The ideal candidate has a background in educational technology and experience managing accounts in New York. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of partnerships and developing expansion strategies.
