Personal Lines Account Manager

A growing insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to build lasting client relationships, provide trusted insurance guidance, and deliver exceptional service to individuals and families. This role is ideal for a customer-focused insurance professional who enjoys helping clients protect what matters most while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Prior personal lines insurance experience is preferred, but licensed insurance professionals from other disciplines are encouraged to apply.

The Job:

• Manage a book of Personal Lines clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive, accurate, and consultative service.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews.
• Answer client questions regarding coverage options, policy details, and insurance needs.
• Partner with carrier underwriters and service teams to ensure smooth account servicing.
• Assist clients throughout the claims process and advocate on their behalf when needed.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and strengthen client relationships.
• Stay current on carrier products, coverage enhancements, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

• Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty License preferred; licensing assistance may be available for the right candidate.
• Strong understanding of personal insurance coverages, policies, and client service best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
