$2080.80/week - Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal recovery. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patient conditions to identify immediate needs and respond promptly. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders while adhering to safety protocols. Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management. Document patient care activities accurately and maintain detailed medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies at all times. Qualifications: Current and valid RN license in the state of practice. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Proven experience in a Medical Surgical setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
