Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish a clear understanding of each client’s mental health needs, culminating in personalized treatment plans crafted with the client's specific goals in mind.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in cultural sensitivity, allowing for effective engagement with clients from varied backgrounds.
