Overnight Residential Specialist The Arc of San Diego, the largest and most comprehensive provider of services to children and adults with disabilities in San Diego County, is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our diverse team. About the Role As an Overnight Residential Specialist, you’ll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities while ensuring a safe and restful home environment. While clients sleep, you’ll assist with evening routines, monitor overnight safety, and prepare for the next day. Schedule: Thurs- Sat 11p-7a Pay: $20.00 to $20.65 Who you are Compassionate, night owl who enjoys working overnight shifts. Responsible and attentive, ensuring a safe and calm environment. Team player who works well independently with little supervision. Dependable and take pride in creating a comfortable home setting A typical night will include Assist clients with evening and bedtime routines (personal care, hygiene, medications). Monitoring clients throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being. Perform light housekeeping and preparing for the next day. Document observations and report any concerns to the team. What you’ll need to be successful High school diploma or GED Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record. A passion for making a difference—even at night!
