Receptionist

Basic duties/responsibilities are as follows:
- Serve as the receptionist answering all incoming calls to the Trial Court’s main phone number.
- Answering general questions from the public about court operations.
- Directing calls to appropriate contacts/departments.
- Retrieve department mail and distribute to appropriate parties.
- Maintain and update scheduling of HR conference room
- Retrieve and/or update information in employee files as requested by other HR staff
We would like to see candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a clerical support role, especially telephone customer service-related responsibilities. HR experience is preferred but not required.
