Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification for Arizona (or eligible to obtain)
• Experience with middle school populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance
• Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies for individual needs
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
• Previous resource room teaching experience a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs in a middle school resource room environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Work closely with general education teachers, instructional aides, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
