IT Specialist IEntry level position providing IT Support. Provides a wide range of services to support, fix, and maintain hardware and software of an organization's computer systems.Department: Information TechnologyReports to: Shift Manager I.T.FLSA Designation: Non-ExemptLicense Type: GamingTarget Pay: Start - $29.79 One Year - $33.10Essential Job Functions:Secures system data via backup operationCreates and maintains Active Directory accountsAdministration of telecommunications phone systems, administers audio visual equipment, setup and removal of AV equipment for eventsInstalls, operates and conducts high level repairs to computer systemsTroubleshoots complex system problems and provides high level support to usersMaintains job logs and distributes reports to end usersReceives and responds to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problemsUtilizes the incident reporting system as designed for problem reporting and change management accurately documents instances of hardware failure, repair, installation and removalFollows and enforces all departmental standards, security, run instructions, backup, and recovery and shift turnover proceduresResponsible for installing or upgrading components, settings up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issuesPerforms other duties as requested or assignedQualifications:Must be 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or technical school certificateTwo or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceFunctional knowledge of PC hardware and software, Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, Google Workspace, Helpdesk Software, VMWareCompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+ certification or other related IT professional certifications preferred but not requiredAbility to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.Working Conditions:Ability to work in a noisy environmentRegularly required to sit, see, talk, hear, and use handsMust occasionally lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
