Human Resources CoordinatorWe're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and provide administrative and coordination support across employment, onboarding, employee records management, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations in our Sarasota, FL offices.Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is a global leader in the fast-growing collectibles market. Trusted by collectors and dealers worldwide, CCG has locations in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, United Arab Emirates and China.What You Will Do As A Human Resources CoordinatorMaintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, and timekeeping information.Support bi-weekly payroll through accurate time entry, corrections, allocations, and reconciliation.Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping.Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation.Support benefits administration, HR programs, audits, compliance, and special projects.Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable laws.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee support.Partner with employees, managers, and internal teams to deliver responsive HR service.Perform other duties as assigned.What Makes You The Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.Previous experience supporting onboarding, employee records management, employment administration, or employee relations activities is preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred to support our growing Spanish-speaking employee population.Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and/or other HR systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Reasons To Join UsCompetitive hourly compensation based on qualifications and experience.Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance.PTO & Paid Holidays.401(k) retirement plan.Career Development & Learning opportunities.Opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple Human Resources functions within a growing organization.Collaborative and team-oriented work environment.We understand that not everyone checks every box on a job description.
