Consumer Testing Research Assistant

Job Title : Consumer Testing Research Assistant Location : Princeton, NJ Hours/Schedule : Tuesday-Thursday – Part-time – 16 hours/week (generally within the hours of 9:30am-3:30pm) Type : Contract – 3 months (with possible extension up to 1 year) Overview Our client in the CPG industry is seeking a Consumer Testing Research Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities Hand out products (currently vitamins) to employees for testing Provide a tablet for each participant to complete a short survey Ensure tablets are ready for use (e.g., wake from sleep, re-log in if needed) Answer simple questions and ensure participants have what they need Keep track of who has completed the process Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable using basic technology (tablets, websites, login screens) Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Enjoys working with people and providing a helpful, positive experience Able to follow simple procedures and maintain a smooth workflow System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
