Sales representative

[ Essential Duties ]

·Conduct customer visits, online meetings, and conference calls to introduce products, discuss proposals, and support ongoing projects.

·Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.

·Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

·Prepare price calculations, quotations, and related sales documents based on customer requirements and internal cost information.

·Compile and analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and support sales target planning and reporting.

·Coordinate schedules and timelines for new product development projects between customers and manufacturing sites.

·Communicate with factories and internal teams to support smooth project progress and on-time delivery

·Assist and accompany customers during visits to headquarters or manufacturing facilities, including interpretation support as needed.

·Support preliminary planning, research, and development discussions for new product ideas and concepts.

·Collaborate with related departments, including R&D and headquarters teams, to support sales and product development activities.

·Coordinate trade show exhibits with Marketing and R&D, including booth setup, materials arrangement, and visitor engagement.

·Support customer manufacture visits (tours, audits, inspections) by providing on-site coordination and interpretation between manufacture and customers.

·Perform, collect and update necessary documentation, filing and listing.

·Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning & printing, sending/receiving fax and letters etc.

·Maintain high ethical standards in the workplace.

·Report all irregular issues and problems to superior(s) and work to resolve those issues.

·Comply with all company policies and procedures.

·Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by superior.

9:00~17:00, Hybrid

$80K-100K

[ Qualifications ]

·Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·Minimum of three-year experience as sales representative or similar role.

·General office equipment including phones, fax, copier, scanner, personal computer, calculator, etc.

·Software including the use of Windows operating system and MS Office applications.

·Able to travel (Domestic and international)
