Overview Location: Collegeville, Pennsylvania, United States Salary: $70.00 - $71.00 (US Dollar) About the job LIMS Support Engineer Life Sciences LIMS Support Engineer Life Sciences needs 7+ years of experience in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Responsibilities Life science laboratory experience. Worked in a Microsoft environment building or imaging PCs. Installation or upgrade hardware. Dealing with tickets. Experience in Laboratory working with scientist on their requirements, including PCs, troubleshooting, vendor support activities. Sound technical knowledge on various hardware and software issue. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in LIMS or related Laboratory Information Management System environment. Life science laboratory experience. Experience in a Microsoft environment with PC imaging or building. Experience with hardware installation or upgrades and ticket handling. Ability to work with scientists to understand requirements, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate vendor support.
