Make a lasting impact on the heart of Ohio’s farm communities by stepping into the vital role of Program Manager for the Ohio Agriculture Mental Health Alliance. Th position's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serves as the Program Administrator for the Ohio Agriculture Mental Health Alliance & acts as the primary coordinator & strategic lead for statewide behavioral health initiatives focused on Ohio’s agricultural & rural communities Acts as the ODA representative & leads collaboration among ODA, Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, mental health partners, agricultural industry groups, local ADAMH boards, & community stakeholders to advance the Alliance’s strategic priorities Prioritizes advancing awareness, improving access to services, & strengthening support systems that enhance behavioral health outcomes across the state Provides staff support to the Ohio Agriculture Mental Health Alliance, including meeting coordination, project tracking, & communication among partners Supports development & implementation of statewide strategies aimed at improving behavioral health awareness & outcomes in rural & agricultural communities by utilizing strategic coordination & stakeholder engagement Oversees & implements a statewide behavioral health awareness & education campaign, ensuring messaging is culturally relevant & accessible to agricultural audiences Leads initiatives to improve access to behavioral health prevention services, including coordination with local prevention providers & integration with agricultural networks Develops & manages systems for data tracking & analysis to monitor behavioral health trends, program reach, & outcomes Interprets & utilizes data to inform decision-making & evaluate program effectiveness Expands farm stress training opportunities for behavioral health professionals to build competency in serving agricultural populations Promotes & facilitates telehealth behavioral health care opportunities through partnerships with local ADAMH offices & service providers Coordinates with agricultural navigators & local partners to strengthen referral pathways & support services for individuals in crisis or seeking assistance Designs, launches, & manages statewide peer-to-peer support program, including training for professionals working directly in agricultural communities We Support Diversity and Inclusion: ODA values its internal diversity and pledges to cultivate an inclusive and engaging environment for all employees where differences are embraced and celebrated. Maternity Benefits 12 weeks paid childbirth leave at 70% with option to supplement to 100% Expanded maternity health care benefits available to state employees enrolled in the Ohio Med PPO and Ohio Med NN (narrow network) medical plan options. Several prenatal, childbirth, and post-childbirth services are provided at no out-of-pocket cost to employees utilizing network providers. Examples of services now covered by network providers at 100% includes: Prenatal care, including physician visits and examinations. Home health care services designated as maternity care (for expectant members on bed rest). Inpatient claims for all types of delivery. Inpatient NICU claims, from birth through discharge. Postpartum care, including office visits for follow-up, and procedures/treatments directly related to maternity. Medications prescribed for both antepartum and postpartum conditions (e.g., morning sickness, postpartum depression). Medical services provided by non-network providers will be processed at the applicable coinsurance, deductible, and out-of-pocket limits. Prescription drugs that are directly related to maternity care are covered with no copay. The State of Ohio has collaborated with the prescription drug third-party administrator (OptumRx) to provide a list of covered medications that can be approved for zero copay via prior authorization from providers.
