Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager Job Type: Full‑Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring high-quality service and support Review and evaluate client insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options Prepare and present insurance quotes and renewals Support clients through the claims process, providing timely communication and updates Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up Stay current with insurance market trends, policy changes, and carrier updates Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently and collaboratively Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Experience with AMS360 and Rapid Rater Willingness to pursue professional designations such as CISR or CIC If you're looking for a supportive environment where your expertise will be valued, we'd love to hear from you.
