Customer Quality Engineer: Drive Quality & Customer Impact

Flender is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to join our Elgin, IL team. The CQE will drive product and process quality improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes leading root-cause analysis, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining strong customer relations.
