An established community health center pharmacy in Clovis, CA requires an experienced pharmacist to provide urgent coverage. This full-time contract opportunity starts immediately and is expected to last approximately four weeks, with potential for extension. The position operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., supporting a well-organized pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Utilize Rx30 pharmacy management software to process prescriptions and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with experienced pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
• Provide exceptional patient counseling regarding medication use and safety.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Support patient care initiatives within the community health setting.

Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacist license and current registration.
• Recent experience in retail or community pharmacy settings.
• Proficiency with Rx30 or willingness to quickly learn the system.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
