Pharmacist - Sanger, CA

An experienced retail pharmacist is needed for a contract position beginning in the last week of August. This role requires managing medium to high volume prescription processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a busy setting.


Location:

• Sanger, CA

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications while managing a medium to high prescription volume
• Provide excellent patient care and counseling
• Utilize Rx30 pharmacy software for prescription management
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals to optimize workflow and patient outcomes
• Maintain documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months retail pharmacy practice experience
• Proficiency in handling medium to high volume prescription orders
• Experience with Rx30 software is preferred
• Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred, but not required as pharmacy technicians are available to assist

This contract position spans 13 weeks with potential for extension based on performance and business need. Candidates should be prepared to integrate quickly into a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
