Desktop Support Analyst (Mac)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for end users in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will be responsible for supporting both Windows and Mac environments, resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with conference room technologies, and delivering white-glove support to executive-level employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting modern workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macOS, MacBooks, iMacs, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Support user account issues, software installations, device configuration, and system upgrades.
• Deliver high-touch technical support for executive leadership and VIP users.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot conference room technologies, including Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs).
• Support collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and related meeting technologies.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and asset information through ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Perform hardware deployments, workstation setups, device replacements, and peripheral support.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and support activities in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience supporting macOS, MacBooks, iMacs, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience providing onsite end-user support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Experience supporting conference room technologies, including Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs).
• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with device management solutions such as Kandji is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support executive-level personnel.
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and maintain a high level of customer service.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apple device management and endpoint administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration and collaboration technologies.
• Exposure to enterprise IT support environments supporting both Windows and Mac users.
• Experience delivering executive/VIP support in a professional corporate setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Shelton, CT.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Shelton,CT.
