Bilingual Recruiter, Light Industrial Staffing
1–3 years staffing experience required On-site (Mon–Fri, 8–5) – Vineland, NJ Are you a staffing professional ready to make an impact? Our client is a growing light industrial staffing firm known for strong client demand and hands-on leadership.
What you will do:
- Source and recruit for light industrial roles (pick/pack, machine ops).
- Post jobs, screen candidates, and manage ATS (Avionté).
- Run job fairs and build local candidate pipelines.
- Support recruiting across regions as needed.
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years staffing experience (LI preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish required).
- Strong sourcing and high-volume recruiting ability.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills:
- Candidate sourcing & pipeline building.
- Job boards + ATS experience.
- Interviewing & screening.
- Event recruiting (job fairs).
What you get:
- $23/hour + overtime (approx. $45K–$60K).
