Job Opportunity: OB-GYN Position

Our organization, located in the picturesque Cape Cod, Massachusetts, is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to become part of our collaborative team, which includes 9 physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 5 Certified Nurse Midwives. Candidates can choose between a traditional OB/GYN practice, a Laborist Model, or a combination of both. Deliveries and surgical procedures are conducted at Cape Cod Hospital, where our busy outpatient practice offers a comprehensive array of obstetric and gynecological services.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a balanced call schedule with gynecological backup.
Deliver quality care while ensuring both provider and patient satisfaction.
Engage in collaborative efforts with a skilled team of obstetricians, midwives, and maternity nurses.
Utilize partnerships with Boston hospitals for specialized high-risk pregnancy care and neonatal intensive care as necessary.
Provide in-house call coverage from 7 PM to 7 AM and 7 AM to 7 PM, coordinating with the current Laborist.

Requirements and Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care.

Working Conditions

This is a hospital-employed role that includes a supportive staff and a focus on both professional and personal fulfillment. The position offers a structured schedule with 14 shifts per month, including both day and night coverage.
