Part-Time DSP traveling between Hancock, Dublin and Peterborough, NH6 hours per week (Monday through Thursday, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM)Job Description:We are looking for a reliable, kind, and engaging individual to support a young woman for 6 hours a week before she starts her workday. This position is perfect for someone looking for a meaningful, low-stress part-time role. The ideal candidate will provide transportation to her workplace in Peterborough and spend the morning hanging out with her. Activities typically include playing board games, working on puzzles, and chatting. While she can be shy when first meeting new people, she is independent, active, and fun-loving. Her favorite hobbies include kayaking, playing basketball, and bowling. She also takes pride in her independence while out in the community, especially when managing her own shopping and using her debit card for purchases. Your role will be to offer friendly companionship, a reliable ride, and supportive supervision while respecting her independence.  Responsibilities:Provide safe and reliable transportation to the individual's workplace in Peterborough.Engage in morning activities like board games and puzzles.Accompany her during community or shopping outings.Build a comfortable, trusting relationship at her pace.Qualifications:Safe driving record, valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle.Patient, encouraging, and respectful personality.Experience in direct care, human services, or companionship is a plus, but a great attitude is most important.Ability to pass a standard background check.Pre-employment Background Check Requirements: Criminal records, motor vehicle record, Bureau of Adult and Aging Services (BAAS), Division of Child, Youth and Families (DCYF), Office of Inspector General (OIG)
