Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

A welcoming primary care practice in Jaffrey, New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join its team and provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time position
• Independent practice with physician collaboration
• Comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and monitor outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
• Current New Hampshire ARNP license
• Current DEA registration
• Eligible for professional liability coverage
• 1+ year of clinical or ambulatory experience preferred
