Our operators are true entrepreneurs who manage large teams, drive bottom‑line results, and oversee multi‑dimensional operations that encompass fresh, made‑from‑scratch ingredients, iconic bars, live music, phenomenal events, and rocking retail operations. So, the question is, “do you have what it takes to join the band?” Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in the Retail Industry (comparable years of retail operations management experience) Bachelor's Degree preferred Strong leadership behaviors coupled with the technical skill set to drive the business toward success. Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for serving people Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of business acumen and common sense Demonstrates strong problem‑solving skills through the ability to diagnose and implement solutions Must possess strong communication and listening skills, including excellent speaking, reading, and writing. Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas. Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required. Proven track record of managerial success in a fast‑paced environment by possessing the experience, ability, and knowledge to move the business forward financially while focusing on human capital. Ability to make high‑quality and complex decisions. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Compensation Offered Base salary: $120,000 and above Bonus Plan Comprehensive Benefits, including 401(k) match Physical Demands Ability to move throughout the Rock Shop and Cafe (stand, walk, kneel, bend) for extended periods. Ability to sit for extended periods. Ability to make repeated arm, hand, and wrist movements. Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear. Manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders. Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 10 pounds. Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion. Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
