Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both sales and marketing, with a focus on leading salesmen to achieve targets and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Oversee the sales process, from lead generation and nurturing to closing deals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with product development to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
Create engaging marketing content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the home improvement sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM software.
