Lead Recruiter — Non-IT Talent & Delivery

Jobs Territory is seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to manage lateral hiring across non-IT functions and to lead a team of freelance recruiters, driving delivery and ensuring quality candidate submissions. You will coordinate interviews, offers, and joining for multiple client mandates, and strive to achieve successful closures.
