Job Summary
Pleasanton, California The organization is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the RN (Registered Nurse) unit. This position involves clinical management and administrative coordination of a designated patient care area, supporting organizational goals and ensuring quality patient care standards are maintained. The Nurse Manager works as a resource for staff, supervises operations during assigned shifts, and facilitates staff development and patient-centered care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift with 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university; RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure; Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare policy formulation, process improvement, leadership, and knowledge of current healthcare theories and practices.
• Additional Information: The role requires supervision, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance; leading process improvement projects; and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, standards, and regulations. The position involves clinical patient care, team leadership, and operational management to promote safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
