• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and portion guidelines.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized workstation during service.
• Assist with daily prep work, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and consistency throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Work efficiently with fellow kitchen team members to support smooth service.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of ingredients, equipment, and tools.
• Assist with cleaning duties, including kitchen equipment, prep areas, and closing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other team members regarding orders and timing.

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or similar food service environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
