Overview
Registered Nurse – CCU for a travel assignment in Templeton, California. Start date: 09/14/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts (3x12). This role is in a hospital setting and is represented by CNA.$

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of CCU patients with accuracy and empathy
- Coordinate and manage patient care; delegate tasks per the patient care plan
- Adhere to established Standards of Nursing Practice and promote cooperation among the health care team
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and document observations and interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team; provide patient and family education as appropriate
- Ensure safety, infection control, and quality of care; participate in continuous performance improvement

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California
- Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
- Relevant CCU/critical care nursing experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN licensure in good standing
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts; travel assignment; 36 hours per week
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; able to work in high-acuity environments
