Field Representative (Office Equipment)

Job Responsibilities:

• The person will be responsible for delivery of printer supplies, inventory and general fixing of printer fleet on a day-to-day basis.
• Looking for someone who is attention to detail, organized and able to be trusted with day-to-day responsibilities with little supervision.
• Installation, removal and retrofits on a core set of highly complex office products.
• Demonstrates required digital competencies associated with assigned products and level assignments.
• Performs troubleshooting and repairs or replaces equipment components as necessary.
• Completes technical training on new equipment as assigned.
• Looking for temp to hire if the employee works well and has interests in what we do.
• Needs to be able to lift 50 lbs., a good amount of walking and general knowledge of the Wichita area.
• Driving one’s personal vehicle is required. Good driving record and license. Parking is free.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to use, calibrate and troubleshoot office and complex technical equipment.

Education/Experience:

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience; 5 years is preferred.
