Product Development/Project Manager Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product development, particularly in electronic manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and/or ISO13485:2016 standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with design validation and production validation processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Proficient in office software and skilled in 2D/3D drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the electronics industry.

• Draft DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans to ensure product reliability and risk management throughout the development process.
• Identify potential risks in design and production phases, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to identify suitable suppliers and efficient manufacturing methods for product components.
• Oversee product lab testing to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Draw and implement validation plans to verify product performance and ensure readiness for production.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Communicate progress and key milestones to internal stakeholders and clients.
